Saintly Thoughts

Ignorance & Responsibility

We never know what effects our actions might have.  You see a child drowning in a river.  You jump in and save the child.  That child may grow up to cure cancer or be the savior of his people.  That same child might grow up to be a monster and kill millions.  Ignorance to effects does not spare us from responsibility one way or the other.  It does force us to share in the resulting joy and sorrow.
